Our housing application can be downloaded here. It consists of 19 pages including the main application, criminal background release, landlord verification release, declaration of citizen status, eligible immigration status form, release of information form, race and ethnic reporting form, student eligibility form, supplemental information form and the debts owed to public housing agencies and terminations form.
Along with each application a copy will be taken of the social security card and birth certificate for each person residing in the unit and a copy of a state issued ID for each member over 18. Applications take a minimum of 2-3 weeks for processing and verification.
