AFTER HOURS MAINTENANCE





If a situation occurs outside of regular office hours for the Guthrie Housing Authority, residents can contact the after hours emergency contact number of (405) 359-2119 to contact maintenance personnel. Once contacted, staff will evaluate the situation to ensure it meets the requirements of an emergency situation and respond to the resident.



PEST CONTROL SCHEDULE




In order to provide excellent service and timely response to our residents, GHA maintenance tracks all requests for repairs, qualified assistance requests and time spent working on the grounds through work orders. FITNESS EQUIPMENT




Whether that new year's resolution is nagging at you or you are ready to turn over a new leaf, GHA has something for you! Promoting physical wellness, we have a variety of fitness equipment available to our residents at no charge. We welcome new residents to take a tour of our facilities and the items we have to offer.



ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS




Each quarter, GHA generates a newsletter filled with helpful information for its residents. Each addition focuses on current and relevant information for the resident's benefit. Along with information about local events and important dates, a quarterly calendar is published.



COMMUNITY CENTER





Are you non-profit or organized group searching for a place to meet? GHA has a large community center that is available and includes access to a kitchen, tables & chairs, and AV equipment if needed. Please contact us for additional information.



COMPUTER LAB WITH WIFI




GHA is excited that we can offer its residents a place to access up-to-date computer equipment free of charge. Couple that with high speed WiFi access and there's nothing that can't be accomplished. If you are needing to update that resume or send an e-mail or even just to surf the web, we definitely have you covered.


KID'S PLAY SPACE




GHA offers a separate place space just for the kiddos inside of the computer lab. This are is open to current residents and features book and toys and a child-sized desk for writing the coloring.



COPYING, FAXING & NOTARY





GHA now offers copying, faxing and notary services for our residents at no cost. We realize that there are situations that these types of services are necessary and are happy to assist you. Please speak to one of our office staff about these services.
